How do you make the horseradish sauce from the fresh root? - fresh horseradish

2 cups sour cream
4 tbsp. prepared horseradish, grated
2 v. Tea. Sugar
1 / 2 tsp. Salt
Mix in a small bowl of sauce.
Add more horseradish if you like it stronger, sour cream and sugar, more if you like it sweeter.

Makes 2 cups.

Peel, grate finely. Add vinegar, season salt, pepper and sugar. May only be the amount that you eat will be absorbed immediately. The rest can be refrigerated.

The recipe above appears correct, although I used sour cream that I used to use not like a kick in operation for fresh material.
BTW wear rubber gloves and close your eyes and nose when rubbed things. The quality of the packaging of fresh material that is strong enough to Substitude Club.
