What is the best software program for voice recognition? Needed for a stroke victim w/sluggish verbage? - suggested verbage for baby shower cake

My husband suffered a massive stroke with the use of one hand. Duda invest in any software, speech recognition, because he was convinced that his speech is heard. What would you suggest is there, able to adapt to different levels of mushy words?
Thank you in advance for your suggestions on Guy ...

Dragon Software is properly called Naturally Speaking Voice Rec. It can "learn" the words and sentences, as they are spoken by the user. It takes time to train the software, but it is relatively clear, if it learns your voice.

Learn more about it here:

Now she has had the use of a hand, you can also consider a hand on the keyboard (simillar called the use of court reporter) iFrog

http://www.frogpad.com/ (I use the laptop iFrog)

I am disabled and I also use myself. Personally, I would iFrog with. which is a cheaper option, and I think that more can be productive.

I've heard that "Naturally Speaking" is the best. It is a special software for stroke patients. I read that the Nintendo Wii has applications for the rehabilitation of stroke patients. If your husband has a speech therapist, ask that person to the software or consulting companies or, what is the nation speech, the professional organization. There are more good things all the time. a company that might help you with your husband, your software. I do not know if they do it. I spoke with Microsoft as well.
Good luck!
